Alright boys and girls. I had my wallet stolen the other night. I'm aware that I have 30 days to submit a letter to notify the OSBI, however, I'm a bit confused.
First: Is there a specific format that they're looking for on the statement?
Second: Does it need to be attach with a new application?
Third: The SDA isn't clear on how the payment should be, i.e. Check, CC, MO....
First, and hopefully the last (knock on wood) time that I have to mess with this. But in the words of a wise man, "Crap happens, wipe and go on with your life."
