Sounds nice to me with some toffee chips.

But that is about what I do when I make banana bread. Use the same base change a couple ingredients and have apple walnut bread or vanilla mixed berry. Whatever I have on hand can be used with a couple minor changes.

Maybe some chocolate and cherry chips would be good, make chocolate covered cherry cookies, lol.
