Necro post, but I though some of you might like to see how it's holding up after almost 4 years.


The paint is holding up very well and not a single sign of the stock repairs failing anywhere.
(Although I need to replace the scope that broke when it got dropped not to long ago.)

Excellent work. They have held up well and look like a new rifle. You did good work.
I recently inherited a couple of .22's that started their life in the hollars of Tennessee when FIL was a child. The "gunsmithing" on this rifle is amazingly crude but the folks from that era/area did what they had to do. It's late but I'll try to post pics tomorrow.
