So what does that scribble mean/say/read?

It just looks like gang graffiti, not anything political.

I've seen similar markings on trains and grain silos in rural OK.

But yeah these dolts protesting this are making them obvious targets for vandals not associated with the movement. Maybe this native group will offer to clean the graffiti since they're the ones shining a huge freaking light on the monument.

I dunno. Not being my job I don't keep up with that crap anymore. I can see the individual flow of the symbols but I don't read as$hole anymore.
