If these folks came through TX, I’m pretty sure these are drippy illegals not migrant farm workers, and I‘m pretty sure you’re right that they’ve been being shuttled in for a while now. NYC and DC were probably ok with a few being shipped in to be able to brag about helping with the problem, but I‘m betting they’re now starting to cause trouble like they do everywhere else.

Sometimes you just have to laugh at the absurdity of life,
....and you especially have to laugh at the absurdity of democrats.
We should just refer to them as the "UltraNIMBY's". 
This image doesn't even show all of the cars. While I've not tried to count the cars, the wife and I have seen goodly number of long trains while doing our Summer jobs doing road surveys. We happened to work a highway up in Wyoming that went near a couple of large coal mines up there. I saw at least six trains along that road loading up for a trip to some electrical generating facilities.
