Same here, both me and my step son. One english teacher tried to fail me by not informing me of work. She was doing this because she found out I was trying to get into West Point. When she gave out grades about a month before the end of the semester I had a 27%. That's when she told me straight to my face "Well, there goes West Point for you!" Thankfully I had a good principle who forced her to allow me to make up all the work that she told me was extra credit. I ended up with a D as most of the stuff I turned in was graded low on purpose. My step son was almost expelled permanently for something stupid. He was joking around with two girls in class who were reading a note one had given the other. He was pretending to read it and said something like this "blah blah blah I'll see you tomorrow, blah blah blah, we'll have fun, blah blah blah I'll kill you later, blah blah blah I'll have fun". Mind you he wasn't threatening them, it was just joking around. Apparently one of the girls supposedly had been threatened at another school so she went straight to the principle, who hauled my step son out of the class and slammed him up against the lockers, threatened to have him arrested unless he admitted to threatening them (he of course didn't tell us that much later). When we went to talk to the principle he told us he was going to expel him. I was livid. I went to see a principle at another school who I had when I was much younger and he helped to instead put my step-son on OSS and let him finish the school year at home then transfer to the middle school he was a principle at. So yeah, these teachers are doing way worse than taking a knee.
