Because I think well of Colin Powell I'm supporting poor judgment? By the way he's not sure he's supporting Obama this year. [Former Secretary of State Colin Powell, who endorsed Democrat Barack Obama for president in 2008 despite serving three Republican presidents, said Sunday that Obama needs to change his approach in the White House because voters are feeling overwhelmed by sweeping new laws that expand the scope of government.] http://www.politico.com/news/stories/0910/42381.html As for the economy who was it that cashed in on the real estate bubble that busted taking 7 trillion out of American's household wealth? What about the profiteering from gutting jobs in companies destroying jobs and pilfering pension funds to make a buck? What about the Fannie Freddie scandal? did that just start when Obama took office? What about the derivatives bundling and massive frauds in the banking industry? We know who was involved in the savings and loan scandal years ago that hurt many American's right? As I've said I'm not an Obama fan but I also know that whether it's greed for power among some on the left or greed for money among some on the right or vice versa neither side left/right, Repub/Dem can claim innocence. And it's the common people who loose and those in power on both sides that win.
