Obama's website is accepting foreign donations while Romney's block foreign IPs

Since the Obama site was restricting the mail addresses to only those in the United States, I wonder if they inlcuded all 57 states and their zip codes? Restricting the address information to only US states and zip codes is a half-arse way of resticting foreign donations. The larger question is how so many Obama donators are under $50, anonymous and using disposible credit cards.

I expect US Attorney General Eric Holder, aka Co-Conspirator in Chief will get right on this...
