Participants will learn strategies that can be used to prepare and respond to an Active Attack or other life-threatening incidents. This presentation would be empowering to adults, college students, and high school students.

• Learning from past Active Attacks
• The phases of disaster response psychology and how to limit the impact on potential victims
• How to effectively Avoid, Deny, and Defend/ Run, Hide, Fight
• OCPD's response to the Active Incident

After the presentation, there will be a time for open questions and answers with Major Ron Bacy, Commander of the SW Division, and Chief Wade Gourley.
Light refreshments will be provided. Seating is limited to the first 100 registrants.
