Nice KS buck! Saturday A.M. saw quite a few coming and going all on this same shelf beneath this thickly wooded ridge I was on so I decided to go check it out and hunt it the next morning. As I'm standing down there choosing a tree, there comes a decent buck (120ish) right up on me and never once heard him, not sure who was more startled! Needless to say he bounded off, flipping me off with his tail on the way. I go ahead and put in some tree steps and get up Sunday on about 4 hours sleep (dang those late OU games anyway), brave the cold rain and wind and not one blasted deer moved all morning. Now I'm coming down with a cold to boot! :pissed:
