Anyway, it is complete, ready to plug and play, it has the power cord, the humidifier (basically a water chamber and heater so you get humidified air), two <u>new in pkg hoses</u>, a <u>new in pkg set of adjustable headgear</u>, 5 or 6 n<u>ew in pkg nasal masks</u>, sizes LG and XL ( for fairly large schnozzes). It is set on #12, so you get a good volume of humidified air. You don't have to use the humidifier if you prefer not to, but I find it helps me not wake up with my head and nasal passages all dried out. It also has a "ramp up" feature so it starts off blowing easy, like on a #4 level, and gradually ramps up to #12 if you like that better than starting off full blast. I always just go for the gusto and fuggeddabout that ramp thing; my wife uses the ramp feature on hers, she has a more delicate and lady-like nose, whilst I have a human-modified lump of busted up cartilage and stuff kinda nose thing.</u></p><p><u></u></p><p><u>Seriously, using a CPAP the last several years has probably saved my life; I found out I had severe sleep apnea, and without this unit, I would have probably just stopped breathing one night and poof! No more druryj. That crap about "Awww, bless his heart, he died gently, in his sleep" is BS. You die in your sleep alright, but you're struggling to breathe and you just can't...so your brain slowly shuts down and your wife thinks to herself..."finally, the old bastage stopped snoring...maybe now, I can finally get some sleep".</u></p><p><u></u></p><p><u>Anyway, FREE to an <u>established OSA member</u> who needs it.
