They can ramp up production but there are already millions of doses available. It's being used here in Tulsa hospitals as of right now.

If you have any info on efficacy I'd love to know. I'm an RN and have been following this treatment modality as much as I can since I've started hearing promising results from multiple sources.

There's really no reliable source of evidence, it's anecdotal reports of small-scale unpublished studies thus far. that's what we got.
