    Yea. Drove me crazy. I was informed that the BATF is holding mailings until they have a big stack and sending them all at once. Don't know how accurate that info is but that two weeks seemed like a year! :-)

    That's just Shipman. The ATF isn't doing that. he is the only one that sits on them after they are approved.
