I can't see that map all that well, but is that line all around the lake the trail, or is the line a road?
The best I can tell there used to be a road around most of the lake but it`s been closed off for several years. The road on the West side has been washed out and has been posted "Closed Off" but it`s hikeable. The road on the South side eventually turns into a trail that runs parallel to the cove and eventually to a creek that feeds the lake, the trail crosses the creek there, so it`s possible to hike around the lake. There are several areas along the trail that are fishable...There are trails running all over the surrounding hills and it`s the snakiest the trails I`ve ever hiked
but I`ve yet to see one...
I think my water meter has been running slow. Might be a bit gummed up. Or, maybe honey soaked into the radio and the drive-by meter reader has been making stuff up. The bill was for 21K gallons three months in a row; it's never been that consistent and that's about 1/3 of normal. This month we allegedly used 13K gallons.
Went for a walk today.
