That is a place called Flowt Beach Bar (pronounced float - it's a play on their other bar in town, called Flow) in Saint Vincent & the Grenadines.

It's been crazy, I've got hundreds and hundreds of pics, but right now no internet capable of uploading them reliably or the time to organize them. I will work on that when I get back. For now, I still have 9 more days to take advantage of it!
