Weird, all my neighbors and I are comfortable using trash cans (once out for pick up) of anyone else. Of course, we are all friendly and respectful to each other.

Mine wasn’t out for collection, it was beside my house. Our garbage day is Thursday. Theirs has been on the curb since Thursday, I feel they missed the last collection.

I walked out to my garbage cart knowing that I had very little in it and was going to toss a small sack of trash in since the next day was trash day and the dang thing was full! I had no heartburn since I think I know who did it and gave them permission to use it once before so it has to be that neighbor. But still...what if I had garage cleanout?
