Oklahoma County picked a guy that sat on his heels and kept his mouth shut about the goings on down at the jail for the past 20-something years, never spoke out against Whetsel's anti-2nd rhetoric, never spoke out about the mismanagement of funds... and all because he had the letter R next to his name. The only good thing is: Taylor's so damn old, he won't be sheriff long.
