He's not some ambulance chaser or DC swamp dweller. He is the man that decides on if, when and how to prosecute alleged criminals. He is the decider, the one guy that decides how justice shall be meted, second only to a judge and jury.

I find it far more plausible that he's been set-up by some nefarious cop haters that are probably pro-pot legalization.

I like the DAs take - he's innocent until proven guilty, but I've looked at the file and, yeah, he's fired.

I mean, ethical problems as ADA, sure. Petty larceny, ok. But child porn? No, sorry. Good for them at least setting the bar, somewhere.

Lumping all lawyers into the same pile is no different than dumping all gun owners in the same pile.

I wish folks would remember this before they pick up their brush and start painting.

One of my very best friends is an attorney. I've known him since Jr High. I don't know a better dude. That's why we're still friends 50 years on. Cause he's a great dude. Scumbag lawyers were scumbags before they passed the Bar. Just like every other scumbag that has a job; or owns a gun. They were what they are before they took the job or acquired the gun.

It's mostly insecure short-gifted "men" that do these things. Same for older guys that like very young adult women. They can't feel masculine without being the older, more powerful, etc....it's the same internal sissiness that cause some to want certain jobs where they can assert authority over others.
