Has the state stopped limiting what can be charged for the SDA class?

Maybe. I quickly scanned the 2021 version of SDA and in Section 1290.14, where you would expect to find it, there is no mention of a maximum fee. I believe it used to be $60, and a search did not find "60" anywhere in the document. It's possible I overlooked it, especially if they changed the maximum fee (60 would not find it) but I don't see it.
