Manageable sized chunks, like quartered?
I was thinking crock pot or skillet sized but I might be able to manage quartered if I watch enough YouTube deer butchering videos.[emoji16]

I would love to make a bunch of sumner sausage but then I would need a grinder and pork to mix with it I guess.

Shouldn't need Youtube for learning how to cut in chunks to fit in a crockpot. If killed, hauled out of the woods, gutted and skinned the hard part is done.

Yea the wife only likes it ground in meatloaf so I would have to grind up the majority. I would keep the backstrap and a few steaks for when she is not home. First thing is I would have to buy a grinder.
Someone on here would loan you a grinder. Mine is pretty heavy and I would probably need to move it around for you.

Great idea guys. I’m new here but love this idea! I’m really needing to defrost my freezer this month with archery season coming up quick. We ended up with 5 deer, a couple young wild hogs, and part of an older longhorn we butchered. Free for the taking. Ground venison and long horn, pork shoulders, ribs w loin attached, and hams, maybe a long horn brisket, even some deer back strap. We processs our own and this is all 2020 harvest. I’m in Mustang but travel to Norman and Binger weekly so I could meet if needed.

@O4L and @RickN here is an opportunity for processed and packaged wild game.
