This is the 21st century, I’ve had people interested in an item for sell that wouldn’t give me their # when I proved them mine to hammer out a deal.

How many people list an item with a location as Oklahoma”?

A lot of info online can be discovered with a name and location and some like their privacy to an extreme, if your not in a highly populated area your info above and more is cake……….

BTW for you that travel be careful, you may be surprised when you get home☹️

Most people here use a screen name. I wanted to be so much cooler online too.

Back in the day it didn't matter about screen name -- everybody knew or knew of everybody else. 6 degrees and all that jazz. Not so much anymore but that is probably because I don't get out to matches or do near as many gun deals anymore.

You know what fellas? I can tolerate a lot of things. While as a member of Oklahoma shooters I have been trolled, I have been wrong. I have been proven wrong. I’ve tried to learn all of my lessons as best as I could and become a valid member of this community. But lately it seems I’ve become more and more offended by things that are getting posted. The latest one is a remark about members of the Catholic faith. I am Catholic and I was deeply offended by something that was put on here, and more importantly something that was allowed to remain on here. Therefore, I feel very since I am not part of the solution I am part of the problem. I’m afraid I’m gonna have to move on. I wish all of you well. I’ve met some good guys. I hope you live long lives. I hope you live happy lives. Take care.

Mike
I’m pretty sure I have an idea about which comment it was. I’m not 100% sure if that member was older or younger. But I do agree that the comment and the person who made it was pretty misinformed. I’m not a religious person by any stretch but I’m educated enough to spot inaccuracies with respect to one’s religion. Unfortunately, intolerance usually seems to surface when discussions shift into things like religion or politics. As pro-2A people, we understand the importance of what means to be free and to live in a free society. That means that we also need to respect the rights of others to be free whether you agree with what they believe or not. Anyone who is claiming that they have the moral high ground over anyone else because “my beliefs are better than yours” is really just undermining the very teachings of their own faith. People of lesser intelligence like to label people and put them into groups or categories because it makes this complicated world easier for them to understand.
