I have an old Savage 110 I inherited. It’s a 7mm mag action with a hack job stock fitting. I was able to shoot a couple of rounds and it (metal portion) seemed to hold together fine. Does anyone know if a long action synthetic stock would fit this or do I need to pass it on to someone else for a project gun. It’s a 5 digit serial number so it’s maybe a 1960s production.
