I don't know if the website is legit. I may have just been scammed. PayPal alerted that it was international and took the money, then I get an error on the site saying "We can't make the order."

This almost sounds like the LED lamp scam that some of us went through awhile back. Fortunately, we all got refunded.

As far as I can tell, this is the official site. I got customer support to say it happened because their server was flooded due to the flash sale. They guaranteed a tracking number tomorrow.

It looks like a good deal, the base like seems to run about $100, and the add-on light is about $30 on other websites. So that is about a $130 set for $80. Not bad.
