That just looks like part of the hoard I shoot. USGI steel ammo cans keep it good forever.
Oh no! Sell some of the valuable stuff off to collectors and use the money to buy new ammo. Some of the boxes in the pic are $50-60 each. A couple might be $100+.

I think I paid $60 or $65 for a brick or two during that period, but avoided the peak price of $70 plus or so. I had some on hand so I never ran out, but I didn't shoot a lot of .22 for a couple of years.
