Retired but looking for something for supplementing my ongoing remodeling job and this FJB fiasco we are in.
Sorry, I should have updated my post.
I caught my landlord on a good day or a good drunk and was able to get a two-year leased signed and for less a month than what we had originally agreed upon. I was totally shocked. All is good for now.
Thanks for asking Terry.
Hey Terry,Or, if he thought he had someone else that would be a benefit for him and then lost that "someone," he might have decided that "a bird in the hand is better than one in the bush." Perhaps enough so that he lowered the monthly lease payment.
At any rate, good news for you, and should you decide to move elsewhere, this gives you more time.
Since you've posted your website and studio address, we just might have to stop by sometime and get acquainted. As you know, us retired folks tend to have a fair bit of spare time.
What area?My dad & I have a Seamless Guttering business. He has owned in about 34 years & have been helping him work full time for the past 21 years.
@O4L come to think of it can we have a directory of OSA business on here? Would that violate rules of some kind? Maybe charge eveyone 5 bucks a year to be in the directory. I don’t have a business but I would rather give my money to other OSA member (with a very few excpetions) then to the rest of the world. I know @Cowcatcher has a leather business for example, would just like to see a directory of OSA goods and services.Mods,
Just wanted to see if it is okay to post our businesses on here so we can support one another if needed.
You never know who does what...
If I may go first:
This is my wife's business!
