Nice work. That old wood was a recipe for disaster that could have caused a collapse of the entire structure.
You mean the old cardboard that was posing as wood? Because that's about all it was. Thankfully the loft was so well built that it was practically supporting itself just from settling down into the "v" created by the center posts.
Man o man. Nice work. She is so fortunate that you are able to handle all of this. Can you imagine what it would cost if she had to pay a contractor to do all of this?!?!?! Good on you, man!

Got posts in for the railing.
And the decking is now finished. I even had some help today.
