A bit overwhelmed looking at the massive amount of options, much less the number of mounts available.

When I get a 22 can, I’m just going dead air mask or silencer co switchback. Basically I’ll buy whatever is in stock and/or a better deal at the time.

Now, a can for 9mm pistol, 9mm pcc, 300 blackout, 45 pistol, that’s overwhelming. Trying to decide if it’s better to just buy optimized for 9 mm pcc, or get something like an obsidian 45.

My preference is good performance on one of my cmmg 9 mm banshees, with some quick change mounts. Want to double tax stamp at least one of those. Any suggestions on what to look for or watch out for. I’m not so concerned about price given the wait times.

I bought the "quietest lightest rimfire" can on the market.
I can fart louder than this thing shoots.
Q Erector.
I'm in the same boat for a bigger can but @GHArms strongly recommends the Rex Silentium and I'm convinced I want one someday. These are the links that convinced me I need a Rex:

Part 2
What was really important to me was no barrel restrictions.
My SBR is 10.5 and I have a 7" 5.56 upper on a pistol. This was my homework sheet before finding Rex and changing my mind about everything, nothing that my top priority was no barrel length restrictions:
Silencerco Chimera $824
Griffin Armament Recce 5 Mod 4 $609
Griffin Armament Explorr EX2 5.56mm $699
SilencerCo Saker 556 ASR $689.00
SilencerCo Saker 556K ASR $616.00
10" restriction
Surefire SOCOM556-RC2 $989.00
NOTE: None of the Rex's have a minimum barrel length and are custom orderable with any number of baffles you could ever want.

Part 3: I derped and realized you were looking for PCC cans and IIRC some of the SiCo cans are quite quiet.
I'll shut up now since all that was for naught. Maybe it'll help someone else lol.
I have avoided buying a 9mm/300BO can because then I'd have a reason to build another rifle and 300BO is kind of hard to feed these days.
Edit again:
The top contender for me for a universal can was the SiCo Hybrid 46.
"9mm to .45ACP, rifle calibers from 5.56mm to .45–70", 14.1 oz, and
9MM: 125.7 dB
45 ACP: 130.8 dB
5.56 NATO: 130.4 dB
7.62MM: 136.4 dB
458 SOCOM: 138.3 dB
45-70 GOV: 140.6 dB
300 BLK: 123.7 dB

Not the best numbers but not shabby at all for a do-all can.

Edit #457:
As for a comparable Rex can, you have this for a whopping $479 MSRP:

308 Winchester (7.62 NATO)

12.5" Barrel: 150.56

223 Remington (5.56 NATO)
10.5" Barrel: 141.42
24" Barrel: 147.14

300 Blackout (subsonic)
16" Barrel: 136.64

7MM Rem Mag
24" Barrel: 154.30

9MM (subsonic )
Glock 19: 131.97
Kriss Vector: 135.58

338 Lapua
26" Barrel: 156.81
