I’ve had good results with a dagger slide on a Glock frame.

Had one. Honestly did not shoot it but hated the feel in my hand.

There is a good thread with a lot of info about the Dagger on Pistol Forum. It covers the good, the bad, and the ugly, like you say.

My take from reading all about it there is to wait a while longer unless you just want to take your chances and like having to go through a lot of fixes to make a gun reliable.

Bought one when they came out. Haven't had any issues with it but only have a couple hundred rounds through it. I like the grip but I've never held a G19 to compare it to.

I have a few of the slides and they have given zero issues thus far. Probably close to 500rds trough my examples.
