Although I agree his delivery can be on the "plain oatmeal" side of the coin, I find him entertaining and dare I say "funny" at times.

I admit that Harrell is a little dry and at times redundant, but I’ll take him any day/time over the braggadocious/know-it-all firearms “experts”. It wasn’t too long ago that Harrell had to take one of these types to task and put him in his place. One thing Harrell really needs to do is to do is have a screen inset to show each cartridge’s velocity rather than having to turn to the camera after each shot and say the given velocity.
