Pawl??

I just got my Ruger Vaquero back from the Ruger Factory after they were doing some repairs on a brand new gun. Canted sights grips not fitting correctly blah blah blah. Upon rotating the cylinder with the loading gate open I've noticed a heavy metal clunking sound and the cylinder doesn't rotate smoothly ,could this be a pawl problem? I'm stumped and a little pissed off

I hate to sound smug. But it sounds to me like you need to go get your money back. That thing sounds like a raging POS.

I'm in agreement with you this is the second brand new Ruger that has had to go back to the factory
