I would need clarification on a few years ago. I've been hunting Oklahoma since 2005 and baiting has been illegal on public land since then, unless I missed something. Minerals are fine, but any food products are verboten.

Federal land, Not regulated by Oklahoma laws.

Baiting was legal on public land more recently than 2005.
News story from 2012 that baiting on public land was proposed to be prohibited.
