He’s looking for either a pecan grove or tillable land in S Central OK, the latter being preferably irrigated or at least with the possibility of obtaining water rights/permits.
Located in Paul’s Valley, the closer the better. This will be a cash deal, not looking for financing or realtors, and not looking to outbid the Chinese either.
