According to www.handgunlaw.us, the only state out of all of the other constitutional carry states that allows only residential permitless carry is North Dakota? Does this mean as long as since we are permitless and if we only go to other permitless/constitutional states that we no longer have to have a permit to do that? Kind of what it sounds like to me. I haven’t looked into all the states but I did see two separate news articles that from no more than a year and a half ago where Wyoming and Idaho made some changes to where they went from only allowing their own residents to carry without a permit in their state to allowing anybody who is over 21 and is legally recognized to have a gun.
