Bought a scope from philip, payed paypal after agreed terms, he refunded my money and sold to someone else, very poor character, would NOT deal with him again.

Had Phillip do some much needed maintenance on a Honda Accord, enjoyed meeting him in person. And would recommend him on Honda and any other cars he says he works on.
