Looks like if you trapped it and it was food compaction you could reach in there and get it out.
I would bet the breath would stink from the bacteria.

It’s probably the same thing as lumpy jaw in cattle where a foreign object gets wedge inside the jaw line and forms a mass. Will most likely be a nasty abscess. Should be fine to eat, if in doubt call the game warden.
