Picked up a CZ Scorpion Evo 3 S1 at Fat Boy Tactical today.
I've wanted a pistol caliber carbine for some time, This one seems like a really sturdy weapon.
There's really only 2 things wrong with it:
1) The trigger is pretty rough, but I expected that after reading reviews.
2) It's going to cost me a lot more money because it's just screaming for a real suppressor and SBR conversion.

I'm looking forward to running some ammo through it this weekend.

I was surprised to see subsonic 124 gr 9mm ahd 300 BLK at Academy today.
Good point, I think I will start stockpiling 147 gr 9mm for the day.

At the other end of the bullet spectrum from heavy subsonic is light and fast. Has anyone optimized 9mm for longer barrels with a slow burning propellant and lightweight solid copper bullets?

Good choice, LOTS of fun, but they do need to be SBR'd and Suppressed for maximum fun. (Suppressor is on my nightstand pistol so just pretend it's there too. Lol)

Anyone who hasn't: buy the HBI spring kit for the trigger, it's like $6 and makes a BIG difference, so much lighter and faster now!
