Pistol Red Dot ??

Need some help with a Red Dot For A Sig M17.
Looking for a GOOD Red Dot.(I don't mind paying for GOOD)
Looking for recommendations from guys that use a red dot on Pistol.
I'm just now getting on board with the idea. I was looking for a Aimpoint ACRO P2 but you can't find one in stock anywhere.
Any help would be appreciated.

I like the wide view of the Vortex Venom, but if money no object, I'm sure Trijicon or Aimpoint are the best of the best.

Six hundred bucks?! I will keep my Tru Glo night sites for less that $50. bucks until they need replaced. Don't need no Red Dot!

I got to pick his brain quite a bit and Aaron is big on Holosun and Trijicon. All his guns were either rocking Holosun 508/509T’s or RMR’s.

I personally like the 509T and was what I got standard issued for my last department before I left. Got every officer a G17MOS w/ 509’s as new duty weapons and trained up.

And as far as running a different optic on the Sig, you can run anything you want with a CH plate. Pick and choose.

509T version two or ACRO P2. Problem with rmr- have to remove it to change battery. Most people are concerned about zero after this. Generally it is correct and little if any changed After remounting.

If you going for "clone correct" I believe the Leupold DPP is the correct RDS for the Sig M17.
