Try a Trijicon RMR in the dark. It absolutely rocks.

Try it when you are in the dark but your target is in the light.

It's dim when you are in a dark room, but that's what backup irons are for. I keep a night sight up front anyway, for better indexing in the dark

Well that was fun...
Original plan was to cerakote the slide and have the sights installed. I decided since its a carry gun...so kinda silly to worry about getting rid of a few light scuffs in the slide, so dropped it off for the sights.
Apparently Browning applies finish after the sights are on, or this one has been redone that way as under the front sight its bare metal. Kinda wish the gunsmith had mentioned it after they got the sights off but alas they didnt and the thing looks like crap now.

Yeah, that will be difficult to come by.

Should be the same as any railed 1911...the bob just helps with printing under the shirt.

I know what the bob does, I meant a holster that would actually hold the gun with an attached light. There aren't many holsters for a 1911 out there that will do that.
