Yeppers, it seems likely. Russians don't like us having guns either.

ANYONE who wants to subjugate us does not want us to have guns. I don't think there is a more despotic way to see to that than to keep our teachers unarmed and our children subject to slaughter in order for the left to have a talking point - regardless of how pointless.

Update on the organizing convention. One of the caucus groups was titled
'Peace and Justice-for students' Not only are they vehemently opposed to carry
for teachers, the speaker spoke of dismantling the military and banning all or most private
gun ownership. This person is the president of one of the largest teacher groups in the state
and is at the department of education and the capital on a regular basis.

It may not be a popular stance but I dont think arming teachers/staff is the answer to the problem.
In fact lets look at the problem more closely.
There were roughly 100,000,000 (+/-) kids in school that day and 17 of them died.
Now even 1 death is a tragedy and I dont want to see this ever happen again but the truth is, it will never end, its been going on since schools were first built.
So do the math above. It's more likely a kid will get hit by lightning than be killed by a shooter.

That pretty much pales in comparison to the number that will die from opioid OD this year and these drugs are coming from Doctors.
Where's the outrage?

Connecting the dots, they don't like the idea because Trump supports it and they are and will be libs/socialists to the end. What's this person's name?

Cmon Henry, you saying we shouldn't try to do something bout school shootings cuz not that many kids die when you consider how many kids could?

No, where did it say this?
What I'm saying is the reaction from the anti gun folks is not justified.
Are you saying we should keep doing nothing about all the kids dying on opioid drugs? Of course your not saying that...I hope.
What are the real issues?

I think we should address the drugs in our country also. This particular thread is about teachers carrying. Not lightning or drugs. I just didn't catch the message you were putting out I guess. I'm gonna chase this sandwich with some ice cream now.

Yessir and it appears you don't think it will do any good.
You didn't offer any solution and said not many kids are dying. Then you mentioned drug issues.
I see where you say 1 loss is a tragedy but it seems you discount that when you start talkin numbers. Maybe I'm the guy who doesn't understand your lingo? Lol
