Polymer 80 ~ Buyer Beware

I would Like to inform everyone about Polymer 80. Polymer80 promises a hassle-free warranty. After more than 26 photos, over 50 emails and continued requests for warranty replacement for over 6 weeks. Polymer80 has attempted to restart the warranty request process 3 times. I've had to dissembled the frame twice to provide photos beyond their normal requested photos. Support claims that I didn't send photos they requested.. I've even had emails rejected from Polymer 80.

And Polymer 80 is still photos beyond their normally requested photos.

Meh, I don't really see what there is to ***** about. Ya bought a project. Anyone who would put together something like this with the expectation that your getting the same pedigree of materials and craftsmanship as the real deal is nutz.

Personally if it was me.... I'd put my big girl panties on,.... slather some 2 part epoxy on it and try to enjoy it for what it meant to be.

AR polymer lowers pretty much are, but that looks like a handgun receiver in his picture.

I can understand why the guy hadn't posted anything in 10 years. He is just warning us of bad service not asking for anything from the members.
