So, I don't really get this. I mean, I understand doing it, but at the same time I don't understand.
I know that this guy is a big time Class III dealer and gets lotsa good stuff, but this sort of blows my mine. I'm not sure if I'd fault him for doing it, but it just seems sketchy to me.

His original listing for the item on Sturm was put up April 4 for 36695.00

The SAME RDIAS (235) was in the Rock Island Auction that took place on May 7.

I talked to Ruben when I was selling my M16. He is quite a character.

To answer your lodge question. Bad form. But then it's a different world than I grew up in. I'm probably just too old-fashioned.

I've dealt with Ruben in the past and never had any real issues.
I guess what pisses me off most is that the lot this RDIAS was in was a lot I bid on. I was no where near the 37K bid, but if I had seen that before hand and realized it was one of the three items in the lot, I might have:

    1. bid to that amount just for shits and giggles and to say I bid 37K on something.
    2. Not even worried about that lot in the auction at all.
    3. Wished harder that I had the 54K plus buyers premium that the lot went for to gamble on Class III stuff.

Norrell 10/22 trigger pack and an M1 to M2 conversion trigger pack.

Last Norrell I saw was going for around 12K.
The M2 pack I haven't seen, but the last M2 I saw was going for around 7K
