My son is in the air force stationed in Italy. I have his car and have paid off his loan and he wants to sell to me. I have a power of attorney that states that I have full power to "Take possession of, provide maintenance for, and operate my privately owned vehicle described as........." I don't see where I can transfer title for him. What do I need?
