Best cat traps I've seen are the live traps with a separate cage in the back to put some live quail or live chickens in. Cover the floor in dirt or grass so the cat can't feel the wire. I also use the little battery powered speakers that mimic bird calls to attract the cats.
Where do you find little battery powed bird calls?

The cages with live bird compartments are handy but pricy. Bobcats are opportunists, any fowl tied to the back of cage trap will work. All these were just the ones over the years that I happened to take pics of, all on duck carcasses or just feathers.
