Private Water Fishing

I came across the private water fishing site from a youtube channel I watch. I would be more inclined to join if more properties were closer. There are so many large farms in Oklahoma, I was wondering if anyone knows about something similar around here?
I would pay decent fees for a pay to play place..... got one????

It costs me everytime I go. Usually the ones that offer to top of the fuel tank or drive get invited first. (Not what you were asking, this is public water using my boat, equipment and knowledge)
