Just getting started. Backs traps and tenderloin are ready for the marinade and the start of the hamburger bowl.

Not a hint of white stuff, silver skin or that slimy film on any of my meat. Got about 4 pounds cubes to chicken fry, two roasts ready to go and 9lbs of hamburger that my Carnivore did in 1 minute 45 seconds and I took my time. That thing is worth it’s weight in gold. By far the easiest part of the process.
