From his picture, I would say Mark milled and drilled a Spikes lower and installed a standard USGI Sear. Mark is a licensed 07/02 FFL/SOT manufacturer, so that is legal for him to do, but the gun would be a post-sample and not transferable except to LE or Military agencies.
