I get Blem PSA stuff all the time. I beat my stuff to hell anyways.

I would get it. PSA has a good warranty and will fix it within reason.

I personally “assembled” an AR-10 recently and went the Aero M5 route (upper, lower, rail) and Faxon BCG (gen 2) and pencil barrel 18”.

PSA Blem is code for “on sale” or “excess inventory”, let’s price it to move. It’s never been noted by anyone to have any blems.

For the money, those aero m5 lowers are my favorite. I bought one fully assembled with no stock for less than $300. You can get a stripped one for 1/2 of that too. I haven’t bought a PSA yet but i have a PSA complete upper on my AR-15 and it’s been stellar.
