Yep that corner.
They used to sell gasoline and fish bait and the local old dudes would hang out there in the mornings drinking coffee.
Not a bit like it is now.

I used to get my minnows and boiled peanuts from there. Haven't been back since they re-did the place

I friend of mine has killed 10 coons, skinned them and said it has the taste of beef. He loves them. I will take beef instead and dream it is from a coon. Several people have told me though that BBQ coon is delicious. I guess they should be since they are corn fed and fat.

I've had dozens of cam pics of coons and coyotes eating 5' apart, not sure if they ever square off or not, I've not had any fight pics though.

Me either. They co-exist.

I like my foot hold traps.
Got a fox in one.
I tossed a 4x4 piece of carpet over the fox and sat on it and released his foot , then I let it go.
Fox made the area smell like a skunk.

If I had that many coons I would set foot hold traps.
