Radio Shack Scanner Cable Needed

I have a Radio Shack PRO-650 Table Top Scanner. I cannot enter additional frequencies to the scanner using the enclosed directions. The catalog / SKU number is 2000546; USB-PC Scanner Programming Cable and software. Who can tell me an alternate source or who manufactures this receiver?
