Raised garden beds?

They look like barrels but cut in half they become mini like 20+ gallon beds.. $8 a barrel or $4 per bed, next year we'll put these in use, picked up 24 in Newcastle off CL.. I suspect next year the only thing in ground will be corn..

I bet all the raised beds are looking good about now. Otherwise they'd be lakes instead of gardens.

Kicken tail, with no ponds or mud and our ground is saturated..

Our tomato, carrots and bell pepper plant are looking good. No ripe mators yet but a couple are frying size and should be turning soon.

My compost bin is going great. I thought doing straw bales would be the ticket, but I just found out the hay bales are treated with weed killer. So my bale plants are sucking.
